Notices of Intellectual Property Infringement
BINGABINGA strives to respond quickly whenever we are notified of intellectual property infringement by removing or disabling access to the material that infringes upon any intellectual property. When BINGABINGA removes or disables access in response to a notice, BINGABINGA makes a reasonable attempt to contact the allegedly infringing party, and provide information about the notice and removal.
If the content provider, a seller on BINGABINGA or user believes that the material that was removed is not breaking any rules of infringement, or the content provider believes that he or she has the right to upload or use such materials from the copyright owner or the copyright owner's agent, then the content provider may send a counter notice. Kindly do not reactivate the material or listing by yourself as this is strictly against our policy. If a counter notice is received, BINGABINGA may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing the former that BINGABINGA may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 to 14 business days. Unless the copyright or intellectual property owner files an action seeking a court order against the allegedly infringing party, the removed material may be replaced or restored in 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, at its discretion.
BINGABINGA terminates account privileges of members that are subject to repeat notices of intellectual property infringement in appropriate circumstances and at BINGABINGA’s discretion.
